For all others, your therapist is immediately getting paid for the services they are providing. However, many clients do not know about the full benefits package with their health insurance. Check with your health insurance to see if they honor “Superbills” from “out-of-network” therapists and you may be able to receive full or partial reimbursement!

Generally, each 1-hour therapy session ranges from $150-$200.
